Leo is a Principal at One Way Ventures. Prior to joining the team, Leo was a researcher at Sequoia Capital, an investment associate at Polymath Ventures (a company builder in Colombia), and a private markets investor at Balyasny Asset Management (a global, multi-strategy hedge fund).

Leo started his career as a business analyst at Capital One. He earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S./M.S. in Finance and International Economics from the University of Virginia.
